| Online Personal Interview (OPI) |
The components for the Online Assessment (OA) will include the following:
- Extempore Reflection on a Given Topic: Panel members will provide a topic relevant to the program of study, and candidates will be required to present a reflection on the same for a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Candidates have the option of requesting a second topic if they are not comfortable with the one initially given. However, there will not be a third choice.
- Online Personal Interview (OPI): The panel will engage with candidates to understand their motivation, interest, preparedness, and basic subject knowledge from their undergraduate studies. The OPI will also explore candidates’ understanding of social and economic factors. It is important to note that these are indicative areas of exploration during the OPI.
- Online Group Discussion/Case Discussion (OGD/OCD): For PG programs such as the Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations (HRM&LR), Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL), there will be an Online Group Discussion and OPI. Additionally, for the Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship (SE), there will be an Online Case Discussion and OPI as part of the second round of selection.
